I watched the first season, then six months later read the books, and he really grew on me. Even though sometimes I still think "Oh my god, he crippled Bran", it's like, Nawwww Jaime you can be so silly! He just becomes so amazing that you can romanticise it. It'd be easier to do if Cersei wasn't such a wet towel
