This plus the failed Geico Cavemen sitcom and hopefully a Broadway production of the FreeCreditReport-dot-com guys, I will finally a trifecta of suck!

I considered their nerd cred to be in place with the moment (I believe it was in season 2) when Penny asked the guys to pick her nephew up some comic books and Sheldon proceeds to rattle off a fair amount of comic book related titles and miniseries that related to whatever current DC crossover was going on (I think it…
That suit scene was probably the best (although Howard's "I don't care about your problems" line was the funniest). I found it weird how the the audience sort of did the half-woo thing when Sheldon came out in his sharp suit (the black one). The show might not use a laugh box, but I have my doubts about the woo-box.
Was I the only one a little annoyed
by the fact that none of the other nerds mention that the X-Men were also named after the fact that each mutant has a x-factor in their brain that gives them their powers? The "named after Xavier/named after the x-factor" debate has been raging in nerddom for some time and I'm…
That was great. I also thought his lame science jokes where pretty funny as well. I want to hear the rest of his Elements song.
Yeah, I kind of think his character suffered from the whole "Penny and Leonard are dating for NO CONCEIVABLE REASON WHATSOEVER" thing. Leonard went from being a put-upon underdog to a smarmy jackass in no time flat. I like that the writer's keep hinting at the cracks in the Penny/Leonard relationship (tonight's line…
If you take requests, Mr Rabin,
I would like to hear your thoughts on NOW 3's last track "Out of my Head" by Fastball. I kind of enjoy it (mainly because I'm a huge wuss). I'm of the opinion that it is a harmless, relatively enjoyable piece of disposable balladry.
Also nobody can sell a sandwich like the characters on THE WEST WING do.
The "Rabbit vs. Duck" debate made me really want to try some fucking duck.
I totally get that, but the line that always gets me is in "Anthology of Interest II" when Fry says, "I've got a two-liter bottle of Shasta and my all Rush mixtape." I don't even play video games, but, damn, that sort of sounds like a fun time.
Similar thing, sort of: I don't smoke weed at all, but every time I watch DAZED AND CONFUSED or MALLRATS (for some reason) I really want to see what all the fuss is about.
I'm so susceptible. I just want some fucking shrimp when I watch that movie.
HOME ALONE, LOST, THE SOPRANOS
There's a pizza-scarfing scene early in HOME ALONE in which the family orders about a dozen pies in order to feed the innumerable relatives and cousins staying at the house over the holidays. Poor ol' Kev just wants a slice of plain cheese pizza but ends up foiled, partially due to his…
Midnight and Blink are both fantastic, I'd like to see either covered here.
I have nothing other to say except
that I dig this feature. Looking forward to more.
I'm so looking forward to this
Might I suggest: FAMILY TIES "My Name is Alex (Parts I and II)", THE X-FILES "Drive", DOCTOR WHO "Blink", BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER "The Zeppo".
Best AYAFOTD ep was the one with the old lady who lived down the hall and then she was a ghost and shit.
What I should have said was nothing
This is such an easy one for me. Mike Birbiglia's TWO DRINK MIKE. I can listen to that album from start to finish and say the jokes almost word for word along with it. Never gets old.
Spice Girls - "Goodbye"
I don't care what anyone says. This is not a bad song.
Great news but
I hope they subtitle their shows for the hearing impaired. Freaks and Geeks and Undeclared were both not. It's annoying, especially if you have diminished hearing.
