Yup… different paths but same destination.

I recorded it but didn't watch. Any good?

"Whoa, she calls you callow in here."
"You say like it's bad."
"It means frightened and weak willed."
"Shit… That's the only part of the letter I thought was complimentary."

You fellas have a lot of growing up to do, I'll tell you that. Ridiculous. Completely ridiculous. Can you believe these characters? Way out of line. Way out of line. Have a good mind to go to the warden about this. You know what hurts the most is the… the lack of respect. You know? That's what hurts the most. Except

#34 is still quite good. That is all.

Oh… 13 year old me did not catch that. He was too busy trying to master kickflips and play Basket Case on his shitty Fender Squire.

The ending also made no sense whatsoever, so there was that part too.

I haven't seen the movie in forever and was a young teen the last time so I have no idea what you're talking about. Care to elaborate?

It wasn't really the board copping to bad behavior as the Freeh report didn't lay much blame on them; it was all Paterno, Spanier, Curley and Schultz. It made perfect sense for them to accept whatever the NCAA gave them as long as it wasn't the death penalty.

Fair enough. I did qualify with "if I understand correctly."

A few disclaimers:

Aye, I read the first 4 books and thought they were pretty bad actually.

That "long story short" line was a very Happy Endings line… not a bad thing, just an observation.

Here's the thing… don't think about anything on the show too much because none of it really makes any sense, least of all the Others and their motivation. Also, the Others are total assholes… and also all ninjas/military experts for some reason.

Buffy is the only thing that I ever see playing on Pivot anyway so I'm not sure what the difference is.

I thought the remake of The Ring was good (nice mood, interesting story, Brian Cox, etc.) although I don't know that I would call any part of it actually scary for the same reason Child's Play isn't scary. You're grownups… just kick the spooky girl (or murderous doll in the case of Child's Play) away from you.

I also really enjoyed the new B&B episodes. If nothing else, Beavis expressing his disappointed at seeing Deena from the Jersey Shore on tv made the whole thing worthwhile. Also, when he agreed that he was a firework while watching the Katy Perry video.

Somebody saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaave me.

It bored me?

I forgot that one. I have seen it and mostly enjoyed it.
