Well… there's that, too.
Well… there's that, too.
Pfffft. Check out Mr. Logic over here!
In those daaaaaays, we often ate shortly after getting up in the morning. We refoi'ed to that time period as "breakfast."
Buzzr is owned — or at least co-owned — by the company that owns the Goodson-Todman library, so that's pretty much all they run.
It's not a matter of encryption… it's the fact that when you have two competing signals on the same frequency, the one with the higher power wins. So you find out what satellite and frequency HBO is operating on, and blast it with a high-powered signal (most TV satellite signals are less than 100 watts). Whatever…
Satellite technology hasn't really changed all that much, and in some ways it's even more vulnerable because they squeeze a lot more TV signals onto the satellites now. Followed by a series of winks and nudges.
The U.S. hosts have been Regis, Meredith Vieria, Al Roker (fill-in), Cedric the Entertainer, Terry Crews, and now Chris Harrison.
Although I always enjoyed the way Bob would literally shove losing contestants off-stage at the end of each game. Very smooth.
The thing I hate most about Sympathetic Drew is when they play one of those games that's not really supposed to be won, and he just blurts out the moment he sees it, "Most people have trouble…
