One of Will's sisters was Dan Rydell's co-anchor on Sports Night.

He was there when Rick brought wounded Carl up to the farm house.
He's not one of Hershel's kids, but Hershel feels responsible for him.
I think his name is Billy, and he's with the young blonde (Beth?). Hershel has stated all of this, but I can see why it didn't stand out.

I didn't think the judge was the voice of the show — just another viewpoint.

There was also the episode where Will and Alicia were about to get it on as the show went to commercial — and when the show returned from commercial, we see a close-up of kissing lips, and the scene zooms out and we see Alicia's brother making out with another guy. That was really subversive.

I thought it was appropriate, too. I also liked how this show has always shown a strong friendship between Will and Diane. Even as she told him to stop, she wasn't talking down to him or being an angry mother figure.

I think this was the best episode for all of the women.

Yes, indeed. I thought that was a nice scene for Maggie.

Good episode. No one acted like an idiot, and hardly anyone did anything just because it was good for the plot.

I enjoyed the episode. Most of the conversation between Rick and Shane was good and reinforced the idea that they've been friends a long time. Shane even took the "prodigy/protege" criticism naturally. That was well done.
