I didn't know that!  But he clearly has some ability to do kids' shows.  He guest-starred on an extra-long episode of Yo Gabba Gabba, and his performance was significantly more entertaining than any of the other famous guests I've seen on that show.

I have to agree with you.  I also watched it for the first time a few weeks ago and thought it had some absolutely brilliant parts, but overall I didn't really get the attraction.  Then I read the article and it told me that the point of liking it is liking the parts that work.
