Well, comedy and salad making.

I think people tend to over-compare it to BoJack. Sure, they're both animated dramedies on Netflix, with similar art styles, and both feature amazing opening sequences, but they're also fairly different.
Exactly, Maureen is pretty adventurous and fairly fearless. Whereas Bill is… Well… He's a little pussy.
All the side characters being caricatures is probably an unfortunate side effect of the show being only six episodes long. They already have to balance out the ongoing storylines with character moments for each family member, so there isn't a lot of time for the minor characters to shine.
And then immediately after continued to be a bully to her brother.
While shitting on The Simpsons is almost as old as the show is at this point (almost), this episode just legitimately resonated with some people, as the show occasionally does. It really is that simple.
God, I never expected a 2015 episode of The Simpsons to cut so deep.
Come to think of it, did we ever find out who Lisa's VP was…
It was actually established in the episode though, and hinted at several times. Like when he drew on the walls as a child. Or the pictures of Grandpa he had drawn after that.
Well, in defense of the episode, Amelia's invention did technically kill a man… So maybe she did belong there.
"You are impressive. Even though I'm the only real person in the world, and therefore I created you in my imagination."

Trying to squeeze in those extra commercials has kind of hurt the show. Hell, in one of the commentaries I remember the writers complaining about how over the years the network continued to cut down the run time little by little until they over a minute. It may have even been 2. And this was several years ago! I'm…
Lenny and Carl repeat things Homer says at work. Moe repeats things Homer says at Moe's, and so on.
And I just like effing!
Although this post looks like spam, with a profile pic of a hot girl - which Google tells me is a woman named Pamela Held who had nude pictures of herself stolen by police - a generic could-be-anyone username which doesn't match the name of the woman I previously established the photo belongs to, and a completely…
I don't know. Let's find out!
Maybe we can bring Grievous back to fill that role! Then again, padawans were pretty much the one kind of Jedi Grievous always beat (Ahsoka never even got close to beating him, and she was GOAT padawan). He even managed to defeat Obi-Wan by the end of the show… Er… Maybe that's not such a good idea.
