"[She] had sex with another guy while talking to me on the phone. She went into detail about how huge his penis was, how good it felt, and so forth."

They should've just done the whole season animated. Have sound-alikes fill in for the original cast members.

I loved Community but I don't give a fuck. It can go on as long as it wants to. Be that another 20 years or another 20 days.

Alison Brie's voice… in that one episode of American Dad!… A superior, more consistent show the AV Club forgot exists…

- Duffman being replaced: Old Yeller-Belly

Vaguely racist statements? I must've missed that, unless you're referring to the whole "Apu worships a monkey-headed god" thing.

If the show doesn't reference old episodes, then people complain that it's violating continuity and destroying the spirit of the show. If they do reference old episodes then people complain that the show is creatively bankrupt, coasting off its glory days, and destroying the legacy of the show.

When The Simpsons goes for even a slightly dark joke (in this case Chief Wiggin Wiggum accidentally crushing those two guys) the internet explodes in outrage in such a way that it can no longer form coherent thoughts.

They have forums? And here I've been wasting my time at the xbooru panel like a sap!

"We gotta show off the power off the power of the Wii U! This will convince people to buy it!"

Traversing the vast ocean, through rain and storms, fighting your way through octoroks and whirlpools only to discover some neat little island (like the Private Oasis) tucked away out there is an amazing feeling.

I always interpreted the end as Ganondorf finally giving up. He specifically chooses not to come back and be reincarnated again.

I think we passed that point when we found out Greendale's crazy founder had been living underneath the school with a '70s supercomputer capable of feeling emotions, while everyone was searching for the secret Greendale treasure as an asteroid headed to destroy the Earth…

Chevy Chase burns down Greendale in the series finale. And I don't mean Pierce either, I mean Chevy Chase burns down the school. It's not scripted, Harmon didn't write it. He just shows up on the last day of filming and sets the set ablaze.

Well to be fair, Chase seemed to phone it because after season 2 his entire character became nothing more than "Pierce is old", which was odd since he was one of the main antagonists of season 2.

"It probably won't be as good as it's prime. What could?"

Season 3 was supposed to have multiple different stories that all converged into one massive tail by the end. Instead we got Chang as the school dictator, Abed wearing a fake beard trying to cut off Jeff's arm, and Jeff turning into the incredible Hulk sandwiched between LOST references and weddings.

The man was a prophet! A prophet I tell you! And we crucified him!

I hope Starkiller doesn't appear, unless they tone down his powers somewhat. I know that he was so powerful because he was supposed to be fun to play as, but canonically he was supposed to be the most powerful force user that ever lived, even outstripping Anakin, Palpatine and Yoda in pure power.

Doesn't matter, he'll just come back as another Vader / Grievous type knock-off cyborg.
