I think it could go for a feature length, from what this article it sounds like Sorkin would cut between these three scenes over the course of the film going back to a bit in the early or later one to validate a point. It wouldn't be like each scene was a long take played chronologically without cuts.

I loved The Office and Extras but the cringe factor was always my least favourite part of them, Merchant and Gervais were always best with dialogue and when they brought the cringe inducing parts around to pathos that made it work.

I agree that Peep Show would be a great suggestion but the series would be 21 hours out of the 24.
