In this case, her fighting more physically was because she didn't want to hurt any of them. Korra has already dealt with the politics of "fighting like an avatar" against citizens during a fragile political conflict. If the villagers knew she was using that kind of force against her own people she wouldn't be able to

When I say camp, I just mean that it's better to acknowledge some of the cheesy parts of a character than to try and completely get rid of it. For instance the Nolan trilogy tried so hard to make Batman seem serious that the films unintentionally created their own camp. Batman's voice for instance. In fact, Bane's

The problem is that studios are trying to make the film more serious. This usually means the film is stripped of its heart. Superman needs to embrace the cheesiness and camp of the comics. It should be more "The Avengers" than "The Dark Knight."

How could you forget about Redman's Soopaman Luva series? Those are classic.

"Who am I? Cypher? The gayest X-Man?" One of my favorite references of the episode.

That sex scene with Adam was really ambiguous. It was great. On one hand I agree with some of the commenters that it seemed like he wanted to purposefully driver her away. Or another hand, I think back to that comment when he was with Ray on Staten Island, where he said that Hannah was one of the few people who "got"

I hope this gets regular coverage from AV Club. I like it a lot.

Impulse consistently steals the show when it comes to animation sequences. Running on the grappling hook line and the lasso swing was amazing.

This episode was classic. Though I think "Legs" was the best episode of the season so far.

I don't mean for every specific episode. But jokes require context a lot of times. Halloween episodes are funnier around Halloween.

I'm wondering if the show would be better received had Season 4 aired in October as originally planned? Sure it would of had that terrible Friday slot, but we'd all in a different frame of mind. Halloween episodes in February seems like a perfect Community idea in theory, but in actuality, no one is really in the mood

Richard Dragon would be awesome. And I don't see why he wouldn't work with Malcolm. We don't really know the state Malcolm was in when he went to Nanda Parbat.

Anyone else impressed that Eduardo can skateboard in punk combat boots?

What was the point of a straight episode recap? We all saw what happened. These reviews are usually filled with awesome incite and questions about where the show goes from here.

You hated "Regional Holiday Music?" That was one of the funniest episodes.

    That makes perfect sense.

    That makes perfect sense.

Oh, ok. Yeah, I hate how DC has been managed this last year or so. But Karen Berger, I'm pretty sure just stepped down Vertigo on her own. In the statement she made it was never mentioned that she was let go.

How have they mishandled the Vertigo Imprint. More specifically, how has Karen Berger mishandled Vertigo? Vertigo wouldn't be anywhere if it weren't for her.
