I'm also with Claire. i saw the Black Keys a couple weeks ago (first show of the North American leg of the tour, i believe. Portland, ME) and while the show was amazing i spent most of it seething in anger at the people around me. also, i'm short: so the only was for me to see anything was to sit on the half-wall on

dude, its Willow! can we ever get enough?

totally what i was thinking!

…and apparently it was billed as a thriller? i call docu-drama at best

i tried shopping at walmart exactly once. a fair portion of things were not cheaper than my typical grocery store and the stuff that was cheaper grossed me out. walmart's pasta tastes uber-chalky to me and the chicken smelled wrong right out of the package.

is wine acceptable? it's like 3 bucks…..can't beat that with a stick. think it might even have a real cork!

was that the initial inspiration for a turducken?

i would love woody allen's movies if he'd fucking leave himself out of them. i can only take so much neurotic jewish-ness…..

i once had a short lived fling who would call me by whatever body part was currently grabbing his attention: hips, boobs, thumbs etc. it was actually rather entertaining.

we're assuming here that only one Willy Wonka exists, right? ok, just checking. side note: i once watched Will Wonka stoned. holy giggles batman.

yes yes, MASH. also The Waltons……anybody?

well, you you don't play with one single lego….do you? no, you play with multiples….

anyone remember Ghostwriter from PBS? musta been on sometime early to mid 90's……sunday evenings at my house consisted of dinners of warm home made bread watching Ghostwriter and then All Creatures Great and Small

i've yet to read a robbins i didn't like, but 'even cowgirls get the blues' is certainly my favorite. 'half asleep in frog pajamas' is a close second.

ooh ooh pick me! i've re-read 'the pillars of the earth' at least once a year for the last 10 years. was sorely disappointed in the sequel…..

my first vonnegut was 'sirens of titan' sometime in junior high school. i'm guessing i wasn't his intended audience

i like the 'boy named sue' homage there….

@kita
i insist that you finish 'prayer for owen meany' right this minute. i said now! go!

no love for kix? kid tested AND mother approved!

someday i want to be traded for $50 and a case of heineken
