Wow. You just started an up hill battle. Have fun!

Those moments are the continued balancing act of Lisa's innocence and knowledge. One point that is consistently missed here is shes 8 years old. She is smart but not a genius. The series constantly pushes smart Lisa and forgets that kid Lisa needs to be let out more.

The letter sounded so ridiculous that I don't think they would take it seriously, especially from Madel. It sounds all made up.

#fiveseasonsandamovie?

Listening to Nolan North is like eating buttered chicken. It's great the first couple of bites, but after a while you get so used to it you need a break. I guess the lesson here is get Chinese.

I agree, but I also agree that the show gets really bad in the teens. Like Chuck Lorre bad at times.

I think its random in the fact that they chose vapor lock. I wouldn't even know it is a thing if The Simpsons didn't have Joe Namath come and educate everyone on it.

Glad to hear a network sitcom knows when to bow out semi-gracefully. I love Community, but its long in the tooth and 6 seasons is something to be proud of.

The characters claiming the series downfall already are not the ones we have grown to love over many Simpsons Classics. I think these people are joining in only to talk about how the series sucks now.

I believe the other boy's name is Milton

Its just people subscribing to the narrative that has been assigned to the meta-story of The Simpsons. It doesn't play out as neatly as they like to think.

That's pretty on the nose, but even more if you remember the music it sets of a more powerful guitar driven track for football and some light bouncy track for the football scenes when Bobby is looking at each

I just wish the critics were better versed and offered a valid criticism instead of "this is garbage and your garbage for liking it!" or something along those lines.

The Hank and Bobby dynamic is gold in the episode, as well as the crazy coach, but the cheap shots taken at soccer was such 90s, 00s thing that now it just appears dated.

From the ratings and some of the comments I can already tell we are getting into disliked episodes. Despite the name of the episode and appeared dynamic of Homer and Bart, this is a Homer episode. I think the flabbiness of the episodes construction is giving haters more to grab onto than usual, but its a solid episode

IDK, I can see a small rural hooters having to lower their standards.

I haven't looked at it from a geopolitical scale; that does make sense.

Do you mean The Nightman Cometh where they put on the musical or The band episode where they try to put together a band? I have to disagree simply because most episodes highlight a single character while tagging the gang along, but just because a single character is better received doesn't mean that the show focused

I'm a big fan of the original Planet of the Apes series, and I've hated the new series because of the soullessness. The one problem I have with the original series is that they didn't really convince me the monkeys could overthrow society in the fourth film. The technological gap is just to great for the apes to

As someone who hadn't even heard of the series till around the fifth seasons, I find it hard to believe that an audience's obsession with a single character can change how the show could be viewed. They never actively pushed the breakout star like other series, so I just find it weird how one could call it "The
