It worked so well because it took something from the first season (Horsin Around: We never got a see more than snippets in the season) and it took an old 90's sitcom plot of child #3 questioning the believability of Santa; Of course it took it to the usual Bojack darkness and made an amazing parallel between Santa and

After the amazing Christmas special that came out of nowhere last year I have been very hyped for what the new season will bring. I love how Bojack Horseman isn't afraid of dark aspects to stories. It finds untapped ideas in the harsh realities of life that most shows feel they can't go.

The first episode was pretty good, it felt like the humour took a back seat to catching everyone up on whats happening between the seasons, but the second the coffee girl tripped over the cables had me in stitches.

Because there is no objective way to boil down the simpsons into a letter grade representive of its quality. Its too funny, too original, too influential, and to big to bother. Read the review, watch the series, form your own opinion.

Oh, its Mr. Bruns. Kill it!

So many pointless arguments. We need to push out the jive, and bring in the love.

So many emotions. I'm saddened that someone who contributed to bettering humanity died. I'm sad because he would have helped usher in new experiences for as long as he could, and I guess he did that.

It doesnt matter what episode it is there is always going to be a comment about that perticular episode.

I personally think car hole is more represenative than hold in the
context of Moes undignifiedness. Hold is just as applicable, but the fact of the matter is that the script says hole, the close captioning says hole, and he says hole.

Yeah, its surprising at times the issues one can be oblivious to. Like the whole car hole vs. car hold arguement. When I first heard that was a thing I couldnt believe it was even an issue.

And next upon thw WB is another bad show whci no one well seeeeeeee!… I need a smoke

And theyre finally paying him!

I have been formulating a theory as to why episodes are recieved differently by people that isnt just opinion. I think the medium of delivery has much to do with how well recieved an episode can be. Episodes like All Singing All Dancing are a walk down memory lane or glimpses into unseen episodes in syndicatio, and

Not only do I fucking hate Family Guy for being a shoddy show that appeals to the lowest commen denominator, but it dragged well done reference humour down into the filth it wallows in. I know they are easy jokes at times (hence why Family Guy does it so much), but a good refence joke can be gang busters. A sly nod to

The simspons is filmed in front of a live studio audience.

The more the show changes the more that Simpson commentators stay the same.

I love the art direction in this episode for the kids. Bart and Lisa are especially cute in their drawings, but more so in how they move. In the commentary (I think its this episode) they note how tehy tried to give the kids a Peanuts look. They moved away from this as the series went on, but this perticular episode

I can't think of any overt touches, but things like him taking his hat off to let Luma out, or how he moves and spins in a very liberated way spews character. Mario's cry "Oh NO! when he "dies" is a nice touch in the margins. TBH there isn't much space in his platformers to let Mario be Mario, so you have to look in

Holy crap, he is Popeye!

If we can give a closer look a Luigi and his quirks, I don't think its fair to simply dismiss Mario as an "icon." Something uncoruptable, something can strive to be like, but never achieve. That's all bullshit.
