Spongebob and Adventure Time share DNA, but they are completely different shows. Their purpose is different and they execution is different.

The one where Spongebob empties his mind of everything except fine dinning and breathing is amazing. The joke the little people in his mind being a clever personification of thought is an inspiration to comedy.

The Tattletale Strangler is one of them. The episode where he is trying to get into the bar is another. Ripped pants as well.

I know that children's cartoons have weird production cycles, but Spongebob's production cycle amazes me. The first three seasons (before the hiatus and the leaving of the creator) are collected from a total of 5 years.

Wow, I never knew The Honeymooners was only a single season. I've watched a handful of these (Police Squad, Clone High, Undeclared, The Prisoner) and the only one I've never really liked was Undeclared. I think it was the cast never clicked like it did in Freaks & Geeks. But I any of the others are a must watch.

Does anyone have any reason why this is being done (other than money of course)? The best this show could hope for is to be a carbon copy of Breaking Bad. Wouldn't a official Spanish sub be cheaper? I'm sorry this just raises many questions.

Who can honestly say that this run isn't as good as any in The Simpsons timeline? This version of the simpsons is pensive with their musings but they wash it down with jokes that transcend on as many levels as their musings.

They certainly didn't bust their budget doing VO work, but they are distinct enough to not get it mixed up with another show. Considering that I think it works and I like things that work.

Maybe you should watch it, instead of judging it prematurely.

I'm usually hanging around The Simpsons weirdos in The Simpsons classics. I love those weirdos.

Did anyone else notice the animation mix up with the IHOP board? I noticed it changed and thought he fell asleep, or was hinting at something. It turned out to just be a screw up but I was hoping for more.
