Pitchfork's review of Jet's "Get Born" is probably the best piece of music criticism I've ever read. Never before have I seen a band so well-defined in so few works.

Stephen was good people. They made him out to see like THE villain from the show's onset, but it became pretty clear that he was 1) mostly harmless and 2) just passionate about the biz. Call him a far-less-talented Hung.

Additionally, let's not forget that Sam's real beef with Marcel started with Marcel simply reminded him about the show's rules (no taking discounts from the store). Kinda interesting in light of the whole Andrew thing, no?

Unless you actually tasted the damn food in the Season 2 finale, you have no idea whether or not Sam was "screwed." I've never gotten the still-ridiculous grudge people have for Marcel beating him out in the semifinals.

Best episode…ever?
And I don't think it's hyperbole. I've watched most of the Top Chef episodes (I kinda half-assedly skipped a few at the end of Season 3, when Hung pretty much had it in the bag) and can't remember getting into an episode more than this one. "Everything was clicking" sums it up perfectly.
