Eh, authenticity can kiss my ass. Both NY and Deep Dish pizza can be good. The whole sauce on top shit is bad, and if they put too many topping on it they ruin it.

I had largely the same experience with the show where I had to force myself through the first season and a half. It was a show I recognized as good and never disliked, but I felt so uninterested in the world it was portraying and I wasn't able to attach myself to anything early on.

Todd has a soft spot for this show, I think.  I mean what was the worst grade he's given it,  a B?  Personally I would have thrown in some C's for 3 or 4 episodes of last season, especially knowing where it ended up.

I think it was more because it was the final episode and they didn't want many loose ends.  I agree the phone call from Lydia at the end was a bit too on the nose and unnecessary.

Thirteen years and four months.

But maybe they will shit the bed so much this season the emmy voters will be forced to realize it's not a great show, like what happened with Dexter eventually.

I see one other possibility, Lydia.

He had three months with Walter and he's still a pretty bad chemist, so I don't think Todd is going to become a master cook anytime soon.

I must say I loved the call back pants from the pilot.  Even the darkest episode had something I smiled from.

IT'S MY JOB!

Unfortunately you don't have enough money and fame for someone to degrade themselves that much.

Or you could replace her with a department store mannequin and it could be a commentary on how so many women in film and television are nothing but eye candy.

I would have been happy if the show ended in S3, considering how few episodes in S3 were really all that great . At least it gave us Remedial Chaos Theory, which justified S3's existence imo.

It's probably because I don't know anyone who actually has access to Starz.

It's free to watch via amazon if you have Prime as well.

10 weeks off a year sounds about right, but I could be off by a week or two.

I think Colbert should just invade and eventually annex TDS during this time. It'll be like Vichy France, only with less France.

as someone who has lived in michigan and california, and loves cheddar, I feel like I've lived in sconcin.

I can't quit  you polarbears

I think they could have done a better job of showing Quinn transition from Estes soldier to someone who is going to be openly challenge and threaten him, and could have toned down his dialogue to be a bit more in line with who we suspect he is.
