Is that the sequence where Porter shows up at the Outfit guy's hotel room and dominatrix Lucy Liu is there?

Yeah, the man is a fucking nut bag but he can be great on-screen (and he always delivers in action films).
I still prefer the De Palma original, but M:I-3 is pretty awesome.
Yeah, Chutes Too Narrow is fucking perfect. One of my all-time favorites.
He wrote all the songs on the first three albums. According to All Music, the other band members played on the records, but Mercer definitely had a larger performance role on Wincing (banjo, bass, beats, guitar, percussion, synthesizer, ukulele, etc.).
Well, The Shins has always been the James Mercer show. He started the band and wrote all the songs. I suppose there's a downside to total creative control, but maybe Mercer always had total creative control (he obviously had the dictatorial power to completely change the lineup).
The Insider is great. Style AND substance.
I thought Page's character was a necessary evil. There was a shitload of exposition that Nolan needed to convey and instead of slowing the film down to accommodate it (I think the pacing of Inception is one of its strong suits), he threw Page in there to keep the audience straight. You wanna know how I got these scars?
More like the potpourri of sour grapes. I went to the same film school as Green (about four years after he graduated). He was the most successful person to come out of the program (and arguably still is) and as a result, George Washington was forced upon us incessantly. I must admit, I had a bit of a chip on my…
"Fuck you and your chill pill!"
I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion, but I thought George Washington was as lousy as Your Highness. But at least the latter had a dismembered minotaur cock.
I was surprised at how dedicated the filmmakers were to making Theron's character unlikeable and found her "redemption" to be pretty realistic.
SPOILER
I was going to edit my comment to make you look insane but then I realized that would be a dick move.
Right, I'm sure the members of Wye Oak were like, "I'll just randomly strum this guitar and hope a song comes out."
Glad I'm not the only one who liked that record.. Great stuff.
Also, no love for Ryan Adams' Ashes & Fire? Hyden was the only one to mention it (buried at #28 on his honorable mention list). There are some fantastic songs on that record.
Awesome. I'll be sure to give those a listen.
I feel like every review I read unfavorably compared it to their previous work. I could be mistaken, though. My favorite is probably Plans but I like them all.
