I often feel this way about social-justice folks (haven't heard him in particular though). Often I will feel like I fully agree with the opinion being laid out and also the person laying it out sucks so much. On balance, I'd rather it be that way than the reverse.

Wow, that's much like what happened to me. I had gotten sick of rap and this album completely got that out of me, to the point that almost everything I listen to for the past 10 years is rap. This album is huge for me.
