The way he yells in some scenes of "Heat" with no accompanying facial expression is ridiculous. Like, you can tell he's supposed to be pissed because he's raising his voice, but there is no other external indication. I kinda like how it comes out of nowhere, though,  I could see that being effective in a way.

Ha, totally.

Who? I'm not saying it like that, I mean seriously who. What is this? Who?

"In an industry rife with short-lived marriages of convenience and seeming soulmates torn apart by the demands of celebrity, Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally remain a rock-solid example of love among the bullshit."

They have 1 *and* 2!

"If you're making fun of something on a TV show, you've got to kind of love it, too."

The church (as well as any other church doing the same thing) is more deserving of criticism for this than other institutions, precisely because the church is supposed to be about morality and getting closer to god.

"Street gangs"?! What does this even mean?

Poe's Law what WHAAAAT

Everyone yells at each other about it. I'm keeping my distance, I don't want to get yelled at. Also I think it's funny that it was supposed to be the answer to TV's lack of diversity and it ended up being about rich white people in New York just like every other TV show.

The thing is, even staged, the show is still not very entertaining or interesting. They should consider staging it up a little more, maybe.

I like the "nobody said it was easy" song, but mostly their music strikes me as bland and uninteresting. I remember when the first album came out, the one with the yellow globe — it seemed like it was everywhere all of a sudden. But I never did get what everyone loves so much about these guys.

Correct, he had a Vitamix installed in the dash.

Maybe they weren't seriously trying to hit him, just send a message/scare him/look tough/whatever. Though a pistol would make more sense in that case than a chopper…

"Blowfish and Funk Framingham?!"

Great comment.

That maudlin song they made for the rocketship movie is so much god damn worse than this, and played more often too.

Best Chupacabra moment: Aukerman asks Chupa what they do at the "103.1 El Gato" radio station and he answers, then goes "and tell me, what is it you do here in this failed indie station with all these pasty white people?"
