Such a weird situation. If you asked me what my favorite show ever is, I would reply without even blinking "The Simpsons." But as someone points out upthread, 2/3rds of its run is rotten. I haven't watched regularly in over 15 years.

End of season three isn't a bad place to leave off. Dig up "Dinner Party" from season 4 and you're good.
When I first looked at it, I thought it was going to be too long. But then I relaxed, took it in, and wound up enjoying myself.
It's like how I've had a spring in my step ever since the last Transformers movie bombed.
Does she ever say that someone's got a bad case of the "Mondays"?
Why are the footmen much smaller than the Jedi?
"Something You May Have Missed About the Ending of 'Sixth Sense'."
Lots of "whaaaa?" and tsks from my audience when it ended to.
It will be indistinguishable from what he's doing now. A constant stream of bitter angry tweets but no tangible actual work being done.
I work for an enormous company where you have somebody somewhere stopping you from just doing your job almost every minute of the day. So the notion of the shiny, efficient business vs. "standing in line at the DMV" image of government doesn't work for me at all.
" . . . There was a misspelling on every card."
It's frustrating but remember this: we're just past 6 months in. We're at the point it took Nixon a full term and some change to get to. This is moving blindingly fast. But this cannot hold.
I read a good point yesterday that Trump is running the government like a business, like his business. Problem is, his business was 150 people, tops. In addition to just being an idiot generally, he really has no idea or experience in handling something this big, with this many moving parts.
Here's the upside though: it doesn't take much resistance at all for Trump to go thermonuclear. Just look what he's doing to Murkowski, for instance.
If the healthcare thing goes badly, or another senator or two sticks up for Sessions in a public way, Trump will explode inappropriately and rail against them, too.…
He's also the first one credibly not touched by the Russia scandal.
I maybe kind of sort of get the same feeling.
A surprising number of Republicans are also pissed about this move. Add in him publicly attacking Murkowski over her vote and his ongoing bullying of Sessions. It's finally starting to set in that gosh, if he goes after them, maybe he can go after ME!
Oh my god. I am so sorry for your loss.
That's weird. When we saw baby driver they had a preview play twice but it was Step Dads 2 Never had that happen before.
Glad I'm not the only one who thought that.
They said as much. They think this is a coup because it will force Democrats to "own" the issue which won't go over well in the rust belt states.
