It's too bad they're sticking so rigidly to the comics. Once Superman died he stayed dead and DC really suffered for it.

I guess I missed the newswire about Whedon stepping in, which makes no sense to me given that 1) he said very recently he's done with superheroes and wants to do his own properties and 2) he was quite vocal about resenting studio interference in Avengers 2, and DC is even more heavy-handed.
"Damn, we probably shouldn't have let Snyder kill her off five minutes into the movie."
Keeping slo mo action and using it not even 5 minutes into the movie in Wonder Woman is my biggest complaint with the movie.
I didn't see all of B v S but wasn't the premise of the movie that large swathes of people hated Superman?
I rewatched the first Iron Man this past week and suddenly remembered that the MCU was a reaction against all the previous superhero movies where the heroes were dour, scowling straight men to the villain, played by someone looking like they were having the time of their life.
I saw the second Thor and literally the next day didn't remember anything about it except Kat Dennings in that tight fur coat. I wasn't even drunk or anything.
Yeah there was a Daredevil/Hulk movie at one point too.
They are leaning hard on Flash Gordon '81 aesthetic and I love it.
7th grade. Pubescent hormones in full swing. Not a good year for me personally.
My brother actually did dress as a ghostbuster that halloween.
120 quarters? That's, like, three games of Dragon's Lair!
Thor drinking the glass of endless mead in half a second was the best part of Dr. Strange.
"Damn straight!"
So if it comes back, will they be keeping the cast, writers, etc, or have to start over? Would they Kickstarter another season?
It seems so strange that they went all in with MST, bought some back episodes, bought a robust season order, the CEO shot a promo with the cast, then radio silence. They don't release numbers on their shows, but that would have to imply that it bombed. But I can't believe that would have happened.
I remember when I used to say that.
Hi!
So excited for Dunkirk but probably won't get to it until next week. Sigh.
Format change in August for this so, is that the Kinja change?
Yeah I hope Kinja is pushed back 2 years too.
