"Rihanna's performance sure takes some beating..!"

Jesse Ventura?

I'm holding out hope for The Savages, but only because I'm one of about nine people world wide who loved U-Turn…

The Watch kind of reminds me of The Burbs, 'cept twenty two years on I still have fond memories of The Burbs, whereas The Watch I will forget ever existed sometime around October.

A PG-13 version of Total Recall directed by Les Wiseman… what could go wrong???

But… ninjas!!!

Gerald Ford: Pastry Crimper

Wow, to me this is the first Tim Burton film in ages that looks remotely interesting, but Eva Green does kind of cloud my judgement…

Can't say The Expendables left me hanging for more either, and dammit I wanted to love it so!

I know it's sacrilege to say about a Pixar film, but Brave looks remarkably average. Needs more cute robots and cantankerous old men…

I've seen Battleship and the nicest thing I can say about it is that it's far from the worst film ever made…

As a dude of about eight or nine who wore through his VHS copy of Police Academy (along with his copy of National Lampoon's Vacation) I just want to say… thank you AV Club.
Also G.W Bailey is the fucking shit.

Melancholic_Rodeo_Clown … Better believe it unfortunately. I live near the Jam Factory on Chapel St and they're ridiculously overpriced. Best budget cinema (at least that I'm aware of) is the Sun Cinema in Yarraville which is around $11 for an adult ticket.

Move to Melbourne son. $21 in 3D… and on a student concession! Even more painful as our dollar is worth more than the US dollar.

The Avengers is the first film I walked out of and wanted to see again immediately in about ten years…

Parker Lewis still holds up.

Your views mirror mine exactly…

Oh Farrelly Brothers. You really only had a few good movies in you after all…

11th best: Original Sin.

You had me til you said Matthew Lillard…
