I seem to be in somewhat the opposite situation. I essentially got my old job back, but for less money, with less resources, without most of the parts of the job I enjoyed and was good at, and with more of the parts I hated and wasn't good at.

That special did turn out very nicely. I haven't seen it in years - I'll have to hunt down a DVD.
