I enjoyed the episode as a whole, but the dialogue was fairly groan-worthy this week. Which has been atypical of the second season, so I was a little thrown by it.

The fingernail reveal was a letdown after getting a look at the contraptions SHIELD put on her hands to keep her from using them…
I like that she rolled off of him.
"Don't you tell me there's not a glass ceiling for women with apostrophes in their name."
"But four, if I'm being real - one for each of your big-headed Johnson babies."
Black-ish killed it this week
Because god forbid we all let down heterosexual males…
Oh, Felicity. You've found a man that's equal parts Oliver Queen and Barry Allen, and who also looks like Brandon Routh.
Beverly's one-liners were my favorite things about this episode. And Jeremy's lunch bib.
Rogelio, you are always a leading man to me.
The past few episodes have really given Rafael a chance to shine, between the spot, the graduation, and the complete combustion of his family. I think these events prove that he's not so much underdeveloped as he just plays things close to the vest.
Though there's been some form of Team Arrow - an ever-growing one - for awhile now, this is the first time Oliver is going to have to work like he actually is a part of a team.
Clear she has the best concealer ever made, and I want it.
Regardless of whether or not this episode hit redundant beats (which it did, admittedly), the tension maintained throughout was glorious.
The best thing they've done for the rushed Canary plotline is put her with Roy. It simultaneously highlights how much more Roy knows, but also neither of them are anywhere near Ollie. It's the most I've ever liked even the idea of Laurel's Canary, honestly.
"It's not like they're using it."
"Ask me again when I'm not wearing a mask."
Roy had the best one-liners this episode, and how dryly Colton Haynes delivered them was magic. I hope Roy's long-awaited development is not pushed aside by Oliver's return.
I completely agree about the handcuffs. They're simultaneously a pacifier and a symbol of how ingrained in this way of life she has become.
Peggy walked into the office after her chat with Jarvis and was not taking shit from anyone else that day. God, I love her.
I thought it was smart of the show to remind the characters and viewers that they're not just fighting each other, but the environment as well. There wasn't much of a segue (excluding some armlessness), but I do think it was a great decision.
Does this need to be marked SPOILER? The show is 10 years old for Christ sake, but whatever.
"Your penicillin tea tastes like penicillin." Oh, Ollie. 😊
I almost busted a gut at Rogelio's "¡¿Que paso?! ¡¿Que?!" after Xo started screaming. I have a soft spot for characters that affably, utterly lack any sense of self-awareness. Rogelio is a gem.
