The guy who forgot to... um

I prefer to think that he's angling for clinically prescribed psychotropic drugs because the street stuff is too much of a hassle to buy.  But that's me, the eternal optimist.

The unveiling of the gingerbread P&R office had A+ moments for everyone present.  I loved Tom doing that ridiculous tease about chocolate until Ann snapped "Just put your damn candy out!"

Neither Community nor Fringe.  I'm a freak.

Nice catch on the accountant.

I don't know about that.  I laughed some too.  This ep seemed like The Office getting back to its cringe comedy roots.

Re: the Black-Eyed Peas hate, Whoda thunk Robert and April Ludgate would be on the same page?

The story really kicked into high gear when Taran Killam flashed that evil smirk.  Oh, the jokes were already coming, but that's when I knew the show would be awesome.

Just in the few minutes I've been reading the comments they've shot up more than 100.  Never say never.

But you gotta love the modified "Carol of the Bells" in the closing credits, too.

For the record the 1993 version with Gabrielle Anwar had that effect too.

This same number brought us Donald Glover's Bob Dylan, for which I'll always be grateful.

Yeah, all the networks were running reruns and third string reality shows at Eid-ul-Fitr.

What makes this "Community" is that they saw no need to explain it.

That was so great.  I've never enjoyed mixed emotions more.  On the one hand Annie's baby talk was so horrible any self-respecting baby would have slapped her.  On the other hand… Look, if you saw it, I don't have to tell you about the other hand.

Max has many drawers.  Sinful drawers.

Withdrawing all their trip money in cash and then keeping it in Jane's Storage Bin of Anality was definitely a stupid move.  The kind of stupid needed to keep the plot moving, basically.

A layer no one would have asked for, but still…

Me four?  The past two episodes have greatly increased the ratio of actual funny stuff to "that's a joke, I guess."  And while I knew Kat Dennings was a treat, Beth Behr's Caroline Channing has been a pleasant surprise.

Unlike Phil, I'm not sure Joel's inability to appreciate Cicely was ever supposed to be charming or relateable.  Cicely was always built up to be a place of almost mystical beauty and goodwill.  Fleischman was one of those people where you say "He could be a good guy if he weren't such a dick."  He was discourteous,

Yeah, that was a nice reversal.  The sweet gay man tearing into the redneck-made-good for forgetting who the enemy is.
