Oh yes, the cast is definitely the strongest aspect of this show. Kala's storyline bored me, but Tina Desai was so lovely and endearing, and I also disliked Wolfie's storyline, but Max Riemelt was so very charming. Their scenes together were the best for both storylines, they have amazing chemistry.

The problem with Jarmusch for me is that, in order to enjoy his movies, you have to be in a certain kind of mood. I disliked Dead Man and I don't remember much about it, so I should rewatch it soon.

I saw this movie when I was a teenager, not cinema obsessed yet, and all the political stuff just went right past me. But I had such a good time, it's such a crazy and bizzarre movie I wasn't bored for a minute. It didn't feel like 3 hours, I was enraptured and amazed by it.
