I once saw them because of the localish opener. There were like 10 people there - the club started letting in people for free because they were desperate. Pretty cool show though.

Yeah it's pretty great. I like that he opened with "First, POP POP" The best pop pop laugh for me though is the Dean's reaction in the debate "Oh, I set him up."

I asked Rabin on twitter and he said he sure did change his mind. From his reply "That's one of the advantages to being a critic. You can be wrong a number of different ways."

I hate to say it but this is pretty disappointing
Knuckle Down and the title track are great, but most of this is just kind of boring. Not terrible, but not all that great. They sound so disappointingly normal. Maybe it will grow on me, but I doubt it will ever be better than the first three albums.
