It's not like I wouldn't enjoy James Bond as Balem Abraxas more than any Bond movie I've ever seen.

That sounds like the Denver I remember.

I was home last February for almost 3 weeks. When I got there it was freezing with snow on the ground, and then at one point we went to go have some beers on a patio because it was high 60s and sunny.

Oh, Denver weather. I love showing forecasts in the winter to my Dutch friends.

In Denver putting Phish on the jukebox is just a sign of living in Denver.

Depends on the audience, I'm sure. There are plenty of tourists who would enjoy it, if the Netherlands is any indication.

Nice to just stop by on the way home from work, like you're low on milk or something.

So, central Amsterdam.

The vape thingy I have lets out nothing, which is why I like it. I really have always had an issue with actual smoke (asthma problems), so the vaporizer is a big improvement.

Every time I go back to a place where there's smoking inside I'm surprised anew at how terrible it is, and how much it makes your clothes smell the next day. I can't believe people put up with it for so long.

The Rolling Stones headlined a music festival here a few years back that I went to with my friends. I was probably more excited to see some of the other acts/go to a big festival, but I'm glad I got to see them.

Tower of Song
Avalanche
First We Take Manhattan
The Stranger Song
Bird on a Wire

My dad worked for them for a while so I'm aware of that particular network.

It didn't occur to me that they might be the same person but I'm very glad they're not.

I've lived here 6 years and it's never stopped being funny.

Ironically, a Corona is like €5 here. People think it's a fancy summer beer.

There's a Mexican restaurant in town (the town being Amsterdam) that makes a really nice one, but the only people who drink them are me and my friend I think.

I don't mind a Grolsch on a night out.

So there is a change! I thought it was just my tastebuds changing from 19 to 30, but I really remember it being much less sweet.

Great thing about Soldier of Orange is that there's a blockbuster musical version of it in the Netherlands, in a converted airplane hangar with a rotating stage.
