It's the characters. I don't think I've ever seen a show where every character has such a positive personality but is still so fleshed out.

Man, Michael Schur and the writers just nail everything in this episode, and that ending. I imagine whatever happens at the end of the season is going to leave off in the worst possible way. I'd also like officially nominate Adam Scott as just an all-around great actor. I know, it's a controversial statement, but I'm

Tandy makes a ton of sense for how his character's gone. How the others, well, mostly, are able to stay even quasi-sane is beyond me. Dude's just succumbed to the end of the world.

Melissa's probably been my favorite character this season. Her character going off the deep end has just yielded all sorts of laughs and plays against what I'd typically expect from January Jones so well. And bugle-fingers, of course.

It's probably not the scariest, but The Descent always got to me. Something about tight spaces and not being able to escape.

Even though it has its flaws, it's still, for the most part, an enjoyable movie, and the vampires legitimately freaked me out with that shriek.

He directed arguably some of the best episodes of The Office (Including Dinner party and Office Olympics), as well as some solid episodes of Arrested Development, so he's clearly capable, at least in tv land.

They let Holt have a little more (nightmare inducing) fun here, and it was everything I never knew I hoped for.

You know, I don't know about attractive, but Zooey Deschanel's been acting Jess a little differently. I can't quite describe what it is, but something's different.

This felt weird, not like bad weird, just weird, or different. Maybe it was the pacing or something, I don't know. Good Ep though.

However surprising his appearance was, that wonderfully dry personality made total sense once it happened.

Based off of how they played the long game with Edgar this season (everyone's shitty treatment catching up with him, starting to come a bit unhinged), I'd say they have an endgame in mind. They've been pretty remarkable in that regard so far.

Idk, between her facial expressions and how she delivers her lines, It's pretty close to being an 1A-1B situation between her and Holt.

I'll go so far as to agree that it's good enough to be underrated but better than Hot Fuss is a tough sell.

Terry picking up Jake like he was a child was a great visual, and Holt's fake laughter was terrifyingly hilarious. The physical comedy was too good tonight. And of course Boyle's son knows Jake "from the stories."

I'm convinced writers can just drop Holt into any sitcom and he'd be the standout.

I was super convinced she was just going to introduce herself and mic drop. Was a nice change of pace.

Her face was unbelievable. It was like watching a toddler being told they can't have a toy and suddenly becoming unhinged. It was a great Zooey Deschanel moment.

This episode was absolutely lovely and just reaffirms why I love this show. While there were a ton of jokes, hearing Gene pronounce dangerous in a French manner killed. Really, anything he said was gold, kid was on fire.

He's fucking killing it! Even though I've never been super interested in his more individual stuff (e.g., stand-up, music), his writing is just so good here.
