Her eye roll at phil "playing" the guitar gave me whiplash. It' just relieving to see that she has more than 3 facial expressions.

They didn't even save him for the season finale, but like 4 episodes before it. It never ceases to amaze how those writers just said "fuck it" and wrote a terrible show.

Doakes on Dexter. The show slowly deteriorated anyway, until season 7 when they added Sirko, whom they then killed off before the season finale, because, idk, fuck good characters I guess. Fucking Dexter

These writers are fantastic. Every episode may not be the most emotional (That Andre Braugher scene though), but they're almost always hilarious

The camera zooming in on her when she said that got me. She regularly kills with any type of facial expression or physical humor.

This show has a way with filming good kissing scenes, or maybe it's just Jake Johnson, Idk, I'll miss Megan Fox though.

It's just science

If we're complaining about exes and Mad Max, mine fell straight the fuck to sleep watching it. Call me shallow, but this legitimately set alarms off in my head about if the relationship could survive. Couple weeks later she slept with some guy with me one room over. I'm pretty sure these two things aren't unrelated

2 months ago I had no idea who Carter Burwell was, now it's like I'm hearing the guy everywhere, and his scores are always fantastic.

Season 2 was almost 6 years ago, how is that possible

Every time I re-watch an episode I see just how funny Anne could be. Even though she pulled straightman duties quite a bit, her subtle reactions and behaviors were always spot-on

This and the Diaz-Holt chemistry "sentences" line were so top game. The writers were just on fire for this one, 1000 points all around

I just, ugh, want Winston to be happy, is that so much to ask for? This ep was particularly hilarious, between cousin shipping, boyfriends potentially dying, and Winston being awesome at any age.

The suicide line was my biggest laugh, but this was a very close second. His treatment of Martha is just so aggressively mean, and I feel terrible for laughing at it.

Woah-oh Thermals is my favorite kind of Thermals.

Cece is more attractive than Schmidt, and used to be a model, so she definitely has that going for her. But to outright state that she's that far out of Schmidt's league is ridiculous. Dude's at least not a bartender, granted I've known some bartenders who've made a ridiculous amount of cash in middling towns at best,

Holt breaking that pipe definitely drew the biggest laugh from me. His deadpan's perfect

The level between absurdity and reality on this show is just such a sweet spot. That music (Andrew Bird? Whaaat?) only makes the mood that much more.

The only thing as amazing as Amy's facial expressions towards everything, was Terry's "Why?!" reaction. These actors/writers are too good.

There's a shitty style of dialogue I haven't thought of in a while; it wasn't missed
