That's a weird episode to choose, since it's a pretty good one, and some people even consider it to be great.

Em, La Sorbonne is actually quite prestigious. The international rankings are not favorable to French universities because they are heavily based on publications (which the French system doesn't value as much), but it is still one of the most renowned universities in France. A Sorbonne degree is definitely not…
@avclub-455d35ab9181666567642b0ea8870573:disqus I've already said too much !
@fineoakstructure:disqus Well, it goes to show my inexcusably poor knowledge of Tom Jones' oeuvre, and my poor ability to interpret jokes on the interwebs.
Thank you, that was bothering me too. I had decided a long time ago that he wasn't a native speaker, but this week's episode made me doubt it a little bit, which makes sense since singing in German is the way he probably learned the language.
I'm not well versed in the history of the era, so I geniunely have no idea how long people like Rothstein, Lansky and Luciano will last.Which makes me appreciate those spoiler warnings.
I might be wrong, but I actually thought is was an established part of her character. I have nothing to back it up though.
Also I found it interesting that he chose to nitpick that rather than Christopher Brolombus discovering America… in 1776.
Brody is in Canada right now right ?
This is true to an extent, but it's right in the headline in this case. I shouldn't have to go off the Internet because I'm three months late on something, should I ?
It's not like the Dexter writers would have come up with anything even remotely good anyway, but it does say a lot about Showtime as a network…
I'm a huge spoiler-phobe, but spoilers are bad because they can ruin the enjoyment you would get out of the story which… is not a big problem with the last three seasons of Dexter (season 5 apologist here).
Pretty sure that's the joke.
Clinton was almost impeached (not really but threatened to be) for the Lewinsky thing. Of course it was because he lied, but the reason he felt the need to lie in the first place is because the public DOES care about people's personal lives.
I'm with @avclub-df80f70f60b1c678f8c91696f4a54f5f:disqus here, in that I fail to see how the show has in any way adressed Israel.
It's like he thinks that American is just the same as normal English, but with more growling.
This IS how supervillains are born.
Me ilamo Todd, la arana psychopatha ?
I got a Luck notification for this ?
The Lost episode that ends with the Ethan reveal (that he wasn't on the manifest). I honestly don't know if the episode is that scary, but that last scene was pretty fucking scary to me, and is what hooked me into the show (I think it's episode six or seven of season one).
