God, I hated "Letters of Transit" so much… I really hope the Observers won't be as cartoonishly evil this season. It's like somebody explained to Fringe writers what a dystopia was, and all they got from it was creepy bald dudes being evil.

In regular French, there is no "s". Seeing as the dish doesn't really exist in France, it would seem more logical to me to pronounce it the French Canadian way, but whatever.
