I just think the show doesn't really need his character and has so many better characters that don't get used enough.

I don't know what was sweeter, his skylights or his kickass remote controlled stereo/moodlighting.

Nothing against Rex Lee, but I'm not sure why he's a series regular. Ryan and Malik both get more screen time and are funnier, better developed characters but are credited as guests.
