@dorabowers:disqus wait… where [is] [the] brother[']s friend['s] bean?

Ok so it sounds like I definitely need to finish Bioshock 1 to enjoy Infinite (I think I'm about 1/3 of the way through? I just released the Lazarus Vector into Arcadia) but will I need to play 2 to fully appreciate Infinite? Cause man, Infinite sounds well awesome.

@avclub-39df51c015ce671b473b8cf5a306d217:disqus Can you tell me a little more about the enigmatic Lord Death-man?

I had an incredible March for gigs: Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Dinosaur Jr., James Blake, The Stone Roses, Neil Young & Crazy Horse and then those two over Easter weekend… it's left me with enormous credit card debt but several gigs I wouldn't trade the experience of for the world!

Oh Wellington, good luck convincing anyone that nothing but shitty dub/reggae comes from there.

I saw Paul Simon on Thursday and Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band on Saturday, both for the first time.

Thank God they finally won. I wore my Warrior Nation hoodie to the Springsteen gig on Saturday and got made fun of by three separate people for the losing streak. Your Victorians, dammit! You're not supposed to know anything about League!!

Oh man I read about that Japanese Batman comic in a Cracked article on Sunday - very very keen to check it out myself.

I read the whole thing while I was stuck in hospital for a couple of weeks last year so the endless repetition was something that resonated strongly with me. Fun book to read whilst hepped up on goofballs/oxycontin too.

I was really hoping someone would mention that scene, I never saw it myself but I once had a drunken friend act out that episode in such detail that it has stuck with me ever since.

@avclub-0334eadfd4ee1cb9a7d1c9cb6b703320:disqus If only you showed up more on the show… I don't think you've been on it since Peggy moved into the city in S3?

Yes!

Based on the way you treat your daughter, I'm pretty sure there's very little of who I am or what I do that you approve of.

That line shook me because it's essentially how I treat everything horrible/embarrassing that ever happens to me.

Burt Cooper and Ron Swanson are the best argument I've seen that not all Libertarians are awful people.

I originally saw this episode a few weeks before I left my hometown to move overseas, I went over to a friend's house to say goodbye. This was shortly after he was released from hospital due to a suicide attempt; he was a young homosexual Egyptian living at home with his extremely conservative Muslim family who,

I'm an awful, awful person; this is just one of the outward symptoms of my warped, blackened soul.

Yeah 'worse' was a poor choice of words… I should have said 'less entertaining'. This episode of 7th Heaven made me laugh and laugh, that episode of Buffy just made me want to bang my ahead against the wall. It doesn't help that it was shown to me as the episode that would change my mind about Buffy (I gave up

I believe Justine used to flat with a pre-fame MIA too. Would have loved to have heard any jam sessions they may have had!
