So it turned out I thought I could take two bags weighing 27kg each, in fact it is two bags weighing 23kg. Had to drop all of my precious Pynchon hardbacks. Sad.

I'm really sad about Fred Willard. I can't really express how I feel further than that. Also I've just had my first 2 drinks after two months of abstaining in order to save money, they were scotches and coke and they were beautiful. Only 5 hours of gainful employment left!
