I watched season 5 of Mad Men all the way through (it was the best so far I think) and devoured the reviews and comments on here. That one poster that shows up to make sexist comments about Joan and claim that they are the voice of reason in the Mad Men comment threads is a chump.

I love Against the Day, it's a lot easier read than GR but still equally as lyrical at times, there's a particular passage where a father is saying goodbye to his daughter which is among the greatest things I've ever read.
