Colin Farrell's character in In Bruges. I found the film funny but largely tone-deaf as it lurched between comedy and pathos and felt like I was being asked to empathize with Dougal McGuire or later-period Homer Simpson.

I remember reading somewhere in the 00s that Vin Diesel was going to be writing, directing and starring in a Hannibal biopic. I don't want to google it in case it's true and I die of laughter, or at least laugh till I hyperventilate/have a coughing fit.
