She just makes it look so easy that you don't notice the incredible tour de force that is the CAT MACHINE. When she said that Step Up 4 is like SYTYCD the movie, I said - yah, but without Cat, so who cares?

YES! I keep waiting to see her as a Judge on PR. I've tweeted her numerous times about it. I'm sure that means she'll be getting to it shortly. :P

This year we actually got 3 episodes in a row where we saw all 20 dancers (the reveal, the first competition, and tonight) which was nice, but… I am worried it will make the rest of the competition feel rushed. I'd rather get more of the better dancers, and weed out the weak quickly. That said, I was INCREDIBLY…

I always assumed that was just a button they pressed, and out comes the canned "Welcome to SYTYCD"… perhaps the guy in charge just pressed the button twice??

Agreed. I really hope the judges take a harder line with feedback tonight. It does not help anyone if you just gush uncontrollably (I'm looking at you, Kenny).

As curious as I am about what goes on behind the scenes of SYTYCD (when do they start learning routines? exactly how much time do they have to learn the choreography? How many times do the judges see the routines before it is live? Does Cat just come and hang out with everyone?) I have to will myself not to read any…
