Oh, and finally, isn't it strange that all of the people in Kenny's life are now living in the same place? This episode he flitted in between each of the main characters rather quickly. Also made me think this was a dream sequence.

I'm thinking that perhaps all of this season will follow this path, leading Kenny to make the right decision at the end of season 2, which is to stay and father the child. To realise that the dream is over and that its time to grow up.

About halfway through the episode, I started thinking that this episode (and possibly the first as well) represented a nightmare and a dream, respectively, which may possibly have started from the end of last season. I know that seems like a bit of a stretch, but there were a lot of small hints I thought indicating…
