Does that really apply to the Klaus speech though?  I mean Klaus and Victoria would have been together for awhile, I think you could easily interpret that speech as "she seemed perfect for me and we were happy, but I kept waiting for that stronger, more undeniable emotional connection to develop and it never did."  I

The one time I was able to see Ben Folds (solo) he was given the wrong show start time and had clearly just gotten out of the shower at his hotel when he hit the stage.  Still a bitchin' show though.

This brings up a good question:  If Community had somehow casted Matthew Perry in place of…I don't know, probably Joel McHale, would it have been a bigger hit or at least gotten more support from NBC?

Yep, officially off the Mark bandwagon now.  I don't care if Hank ends up sticking around, or Seth comes back yet again, or what, but I really don't want him sticking around now.

Re: Phoebe:  I think a lot of people, especially those who got a random dorm assignment in college, can relate to having that one friend in your group that doesn't totally fit in, but was given to you by circumstance and just becomes too ingrained in your little group's social structure to cut out.  I totally believe

Which is, I think, the main reason it's clones and descendants have been so hit and miss.  It's not that the premise is so faulty and unoriginal it can't ever work again, it's just hard to hit on ensembles that click together that well.  Are the concepts of HIMYM or Happy Endings all that much better than anything

Did anyone else feel like there was some really odd editing choices on this week episode?

Always thought the original lacked threats to stick a foot up Robocop's ass.

Klostermann is ok when he fills in. Jalen Rose was ok at first, but got sick of it pretty quick.  Solid Verbal is good times, but I listened to them before Grantland picked them up and I think they've since gone their separate ways.  I think Grantland is starting their own college football podcast instead of bringing

I've just learned to cherry pick their stuff.  I have enough other sports-related listening in my rotation that I just ignore the BS report if the topic or guest doesn't grab me.  When Simmons does talk about something in my wheelhouse though, I do enjoy it.  Just don't care to listen to him and Sal discuss gambling
