I don't think it's really fair to lump the superior MasterChef in with Hell's Kitchen.  The angry Ramsay schtick is much more toned down on MC and the show is a lot better for it.

I watched "House of Quark" last week expecting to hate it, but I was actually pleasantly surprised.  That Ferengi continues to be 10x more entertaining than I remember him.

The best solution I found is to try and watch one of the last episodes netflix lists and fast forward to then.  After you've "watched" that episode, Netflix will typically reveal the rest of them.
