The problem I have with From Hell* is that it appears to be based on a Ripper book by Stephen Knight, which, after his death, was found to be based on a mistake Knight made in his research and knew about… but finished the book and published it anyway.
Thus making the parody even more perfect as Republicans are generally ignorant of such basic facts
