It looked awful. I picked up a few copies and sped read bits and thought it looked dire.
Grew up in the 80s, love me a good action film.
The record episode could have been very unsettling if handled right. It needed subtly. Not CGI and NOISE!!!!!!!
It wasn't a deal breaker with the clothes, but it's that attention to detail/character (or lack of attention) to it that really stands out when things aren't strong across the board.
Such a wasted chance with great source material.
