For the reggae movie Rockers they subtitled the Rastafarian patois (while still keeping the language, like "I and I," etc). Why didn't anyone think to do the same for Lock, Stock and other films like that?

The segment of "Comfortably Numb" from the movie suggests that the song is about the sense of anomie and isolation that comes with touring, but the song is so awesome that I'd hesitate to limit its meaning like that.
