I just like how you can tell how genuinely delighted Elliott really is when another letter comes in from his brother, even if he follows up by complaining about it and insulting him.

Is it weird that I read the book's title and thought that the pun should be corrected to Lizz Free or Die Hard?

I loved the episode, and I know I'm nitpicking, but was anyone else a little underwhelmed by the other candidates?  It seemed like a great opportunity for a couple gag throwaway characters, which they basically did, but none of them struck me as particularly funny.
I loved Andy's explanation that you can't eat if

Any chance to laugh at another trailer that tries to get me excited with the line "From Hasbro, the toy company that brought you Transformers".

I had the same exact reaction to the Space Jail trailer and was highly anticipating an awful mess, but it's just pretty bland.  They didn't even say the words "space jail" once.
Cabin in the Woods is definitely more entertaining for a movie that built on cliches, even it is very self aware.  Plus, it ends up being a

I appreciate less Jen as well.  Her organized personality seems to contrast well with Luke, but I prefer a bit more spontaneity.
I was so glad that they acknowledged they were being a bit more lax about swearing.  I've been a bit annoyed when the show tries too hard to not offend any potential listeners.  I think I

Agreed.  I was a fan of Paul Scheer and Jason Manzoutkas, the Flop House, and bad movies in general.  When I heard about HDTGM, I got really excited for it.  But it is pretty bad.  No one ever says anything clever, it's just people reacting and saying words like "bonkers".  It often feels like they're trying to

I get where that episode was coming from, but it's a little reductive.  Look at the first few seasons of The Office.  The Jim and Pam relationship was so well written, but even in the narration/talking head scenes the characters don't really describe their actual feelings.  You still see them act like normal people

Justin Lin directed a couple episodes of community.  You might want to retroactively change any mention of the Fast Five as "Fast Five, as directed by someone who worked on Community."

I find it hard to believe that Mars Volta hasn't already recorded a song or album titled Noctourniquet.

And while we're at it, it's Leprachaun: Back to tha Hood.  "The" doesn't sound nearly as urban as "tha", although I've always personally felt they should have gone with "da".

Yes!  Between this and 2 Hot Chip side projects getting albums released in 2012, it's going to be a pretty good year.

I love bad movies and, in theory, the Razzies sound like something I would be really interested in.  In practice, they manage to be more annoying and grating than the movies they ridicule.

I respect you for managing to be respectful and still slide in a Seinfeld joke at the end.  Well done.

Isn't the album price hike much bigger news?
Whether or not Netflix pulled The Bodyguard wasn't really their call to make, it was Warner Bros'.  Netflix wasn't really "colluding" beyond not calling out one of their business partners, don't know why they're being the focus of this article beyond "hating Netflix" has

Because "big red no" is a real burden to read all the way through, let alone type out.

The JC Penny is coming here because of me!  You can ask anybody!

No one is more aggravating than the guy at a college party who thinks he is a legitimate DJ/artist because he double clicked on a Deadmau5 song in iTunes.
