Different question if the band is well-established.  Breaking up a minor band that wasn't really making a good living, still touring in a beat-up van, etc. is like breaking up with your college girlfriend - if the time is right, you just do it and move on.

Kramer knives are overpriced and overrated.  They're nice, but mostly made for appearance and collection by fetishists - not actual kitchen use.  And what's with using the paper test for sharpness?  I thought everyone in the kitchen world had agreed that whether a knife can cut paper is a pretty useless gauge of its

To be fair, though, the problem with Lizzie's dish was that her scallops sucked, and she didn't have any control over that (she HAD to make a scallop dish because of the "moment" that she drew).  It's not really her fault that Whole Foods didn't have any decent scallops.

Aaand… that's a wrap.

Last time I did that it turned into food porn.  Not quite as good, but I gotta tell you, those campfire gougeres with foraged sage were delicious!

As in, she clearly wasn't improvising.  She (or someone else) came up with a few simple melodies, and she played them over and over for several takes.  Then the engineer decided which ones to use and overdub.  Anytime you have a song where the lead guitar player isn't very good and does a solo that basically repeats

It would need a dubstep bass-drop to appeal to the kids these days.  "Let the music play, down to Fraggle Rock, WUB WUB WUB BWAAAAAAAAA WUB WUB WUB" and so on.

I must have missed the transcendent guitar work.  I only heard a fairly lame guitar "solo" made up of simple prewritten lines, played indifferently, overdubbed ad nauseum.  Pretty sure your average 12 year old with a guitar could pull this off with a reasonably competent producer.

I hereby withdraw my attempt and put my support behind this one.  Well played.
