They also have a joint publishing deal, write their own original music together, and could start laying tracks in a week if you signed them both.
And yet, Coach K's Title game appearance with an ineligible player stays in the books. And Calhoun got busted for cheating but was allowed to win the Tournament anyway.
Every player knows they are getting their coaches paid. They know how much the coaches' Nike deals are. Even ESPN's sainted Coack K.
The three point shot wasn't NCAA-wide until 1986-7, I believe.

I buy that a little less. Spike tells himself a lot of lies in order to not have to think about what he's done and feel better about who he is. He wants to claim credit for every little decent thing he's done, without facing responsibility for his failures — which are always someone elses' fault for either leading him…
Spike shouldn't get credit for "trying to save the world" in S2, because he wasn't. He just wanted his girlfriend back. When he gets a hold of Dru, he looks at Angel beating the crap out of Buffy, shrugs, says "he's gonna kill her" and walks away.
Re: Angel's weight — it's been a recurring item in the Recaps. If I recall, Boreanaz had some sort of an injury that required knee surgery during the filming of the season. He gets into better shape as the year goes on. Whedon & crew wrote it into the plot.
