Sometimes you have to buy impractical shoes though, especially if you like them a lot!  And yeah, I've just been lying around shotgunning King of the Hill, when I should be cleaning the kitchen.

One of the funniest bits for me is the way the work relationships at the police station reflect Life on Mars (sans the Gene Genie) and no-one but me sees it. This is, of course, because no-one I know has seen Life on Mars.

This is the perfectly excellent thing about being 5'3".  I can always wear heels and almost never be taller than any dude I might be dating. I don't care if I'm taller than the guy, but guys frequently seem to.

Yeah, I wore some of my favourite heels not too long ago, and was very very sad at how achey my knees at the end of the day because I love those shoes so much.

The beauty of black slacks is that unless they have some super-distinctive cut, no-one ever knows if you are wearing the same pair twice, so you don't have buy a whole bunch of them, especially if you are a boy. Just buy some different coloured shirts and ties.
