It's funny, I'm almost able to talk myself into Fluorescent Grey being my favorite album of theirs. What a perfect EP. Having said that, I think my top spot would also be Microcastle (though HD is close)

Let's hope for a sincere discussion about what constitutes a street fighter at some point in the show

This album did exactly what I needed it to. Just 30 minutes of intense brick wall rock. Early favorites are The Swimmer, Wait in Line and Eyes Peeled.

If you like this kinda stuff (there must be a couple of us on here!) check out twitch.tv/dram55 , who speedruns these kinds of games. The amount of skill that it takes to beat these games with savestates is insane, and he does it without them

The five minute Harris best of at the end of the episode today was amazing. What a talented motherfucker.

"That is the greatest joke I've ever heard"

"I was talking to a guy and said 'I really love learning. I guess you can call me an infomaniac'. Well he thought I said 'nymphomaniac'. So he fucked me"

Broken Box would be, uh, a bold choice.

It's great. Best episode since the PFT ep, and I say that as not a huge fan of Hollywood Handbook.

Hasn't been confirmed (because Gillian is very busy, I'm sure) but I'd be shocked if we didn't hear anything around the time the real Garry Marshall gets his vows renewed

I might be alone in this, but I can't wait to hear Scott and Trabitha fuck in April.

Totally agree on SFTD. As a quasi-drummer I listen to this often when I want to have my mind blown

By my calculation he lost about $140 in MacArthur Park, which is just impressive.

That YMIW episode might be my favorite podcast of the year, as morbid as that is. My family has a history of addiction, and Harris hit the nail on the head about much of what I've seen for watching my dad and uncle (both of whom are clean now, thankfully)

The making fun of Cenac's race totally made sense in the context of the podcast, but yeah, I was sweating a little bit at those parts. Everything else was really great for me.

If I remember right (I've read so many articles and interviews about the podcast) he's been in and out of jail since '99.

Daly and Gelman are so fucking good together.

ZDLR has maybe the best verse on the album. You'll never think of Miles Davis in the same way.

To give a bit of context, this was initially a joke prize for Run the Jewels 2. Someone made a kickstarter for it to get met, and El-P jumped on and said he'd donate the money to the families of Mike Brown and other victims of police brutality. It got met a few days ago (it's raised about 60 K now) and so El and a
