There's a joke in the episode "Are you Happy Now" where Squidward throws up a rope, only to pull up a bird cage!

Anyone else think Homer's Noose joke was kind of a jab at the suicide jokes in Spongebob?

Oh so a TV show episode having more than one plot is a war crime now? Good to know!

Even more so than Homer's Enemy?

That was a great gag!

Duffman wasn't introduced until season 9 so maybe that's why!

Yeah just wait until this year's Treehouse of Horror where they rip off a Spongebob episode with the Flying Dutchman! And she's the Dutchman!

And if it was done in another show?

Is that really any worse than Sherri Bobbins getting juiced in a jet engine? I don't think so!

Yeah let's complain about continuity in a show where the characters have celebrated Christmas at least 10 times at the same age!

Well maybe that's just cause you're unpleasable!
